Trevor has worked with voluntary sector organisations, to help their management teams tease out the most effective and productive way to work together and what their strategic priorities are in the medium term.

He has also worked with statutory agencies experiencing significant team dysfunction, within large groups of up to 20 people of various grades and experience.

Both resulted in Trevor Gardner Associates facilitating the groups to produce their own Action Plans from which significant progress was then able to be made.
