Trevor Gardner Associates have successfully completed a Community Audit for a church in Exeter that wanted to know how it could redevelop it’s site to best meet the unmet needs of the local community to which it is part and a Feasability Study for a housing association to determine the best way to provide additional community facilities.

Both involved; focus groups, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, to tease out what is provided in the area already, what is planned in the future, what local people think and would support as well as what options, scope, and possibilities there are for the site, in order to achieve a sustainable future. The resulting reports have been used for further consultation, in order to arrive at a consensus about how best to proceed.
