Derek Finch runs an established Mediation and Housing Management Services consultancy operating from Devon, with services delivered throughout the South West of England. Derek Finch is an experienced manager and Mediator who has worked with both Local Authorities and Housing Associations and has a proven track record in successful team management, service delivery, mediation training and delivery.

Achievements include managing a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing local authority and Housing Association work, and the setting up of a new and innovative Mediation Service in the South West of England. Derek works with a number of Associates who have an excellent track record in delivery of training and resolution of conflicts through mediation.
